By ordering from our online store or by ordering over the phone products from www.IronmanMattress.com you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

SALES AND ORDERS

All mattress orders include free ground shipping within the continental United States. In home set-up/white glove delivery may require an additional fee.

IronmanMattress.com, is a Washington entity, therefore, all Washington resident's purchases will incur a Sales Tax.

There will be no Sales Tax for out of State deliveries. All prices are subject to change without any prior notice.

If you are purchasing a mattress only, without a foundation, please review the safety information below before submitting your order.

Any customer's credit card charges will occur on the day of placing an online order. www.ironmanmattress.com is not responsible for any error created by the customer placing an order. Any and all errors will be resolved as they occur. IronmanMattress.com is not responsible for any delays related to order deliveries caused by weather conditions or other related issues. IronmanMattress.com does not hold responsibility for any issues regarding slight color variations of the delivered items and online pictures. If for any reason, a customer decides to cancel his/her order, he/she must notify IronmanMattress.com, within 24 hours from the Time/Date of Purchase. Example: Client finalized order on May 14, 2008 at 2PM. Customer has the right to cancel their order until May 15, 2008 at 2PM. If the customer cancels their order after 24 hours, Customer will be issued a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

DELIVERY

All bedding items will be shipped within agreed upon terms. All details of delivery must be added to the Purchase Invoice. Always inspect your delivery upon receipt. After signing satisfaction of delivery, IronmanMattress.com is not responsible for any damage or issues with the purchased product.

SHIPPING

You will be supplied tracking information upon shipment of your order.

All of the products purchased on IronmanMattress.com come with Free Shipping. Free shipping is the most economical and quickest way for IronmanMattress.com to ship you products purchased on our site. Free shipping may include postal express or freight carrier truck. However, "in home set up" or "white glove delivery" is not included as a free shipping method. In home set up of the product varies, so please contact customer services at 888-535-5777 to receive a shipping quote. Return shipping is not free. If you are returning your mattress after the 90 day trial period it must be packaged in original packaging to receive full credit. If your product is damaged at time of delivery please contact 888-535-5777 immediately so our staff can facilitate our customers needs.

Your new IRONMAN^® T3 Recovery Mattress™ is designed to promote proper support while providing unmatched comfort. Please note that it is probable that your old mattress has lost the ability to properly support and that you body has learned poor sleeping posture. It can take more than 30 days for your body to get used to being properly supported again. So try your new mattress for a minimum of 60 nights. If you are not completely satisfied after 60 nights you will have 30 additional days to return your mattress for credit. In the event that you decide to return your mattress, you may simply contact an IRONMAN^® T3 Recovery Mattress™ representative at 888-535-5777 to receive a "Return Authorization" (RA) number.

Once we issue your RA number you will have 15 days to return the mattress to IronmanMattress.com. The mattress must be properly packaged in its original packaging and returned in like new condition, with no stains, rips or soiling and you will be credited back your payment in the same way you paid for this purchase less the original cost incurred by us to ship you the mattress itself. Please contact IRONMAN^® T3 Recovery Mattress™'s Customer Assistance for tips on re-packaging your mattress.

The Confidence Guarantee™ sleep period applies to the mattress only. Foundations, adjustable bases, bedclothes, accessories, and pillows are not covered under this guarantee and are not returnable for a refund.

To receive full refund minus return shipping cost, product must be shipped back in original packaging.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). All mattresses returned must be in original packaging to receive credit.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We do accept international orders, but purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges to include but not limited to taxes and duties where applicable.

MATTRESS ALONE PURCHASE SAFETY INFORMATION

If you are considering the purchase of a mattress "alone", there are a few things you should be aware of. Please take the time to review this information consider it seriously before you make your purchase.

First: As of July 1st, 2007, all new mattresses or mattress sets offered for sale in the U.S. must meet stringent flammability requirements.

Second: All Ironman mattresses meet these new flammability requirements and may be sold with or without a foundation. If, however, the mattress is paired with an old box spring or foundation, there is a good chance that the two products together do not provide the flammability protection intended by the new flammability requirements. (Foundations manufactured before July 1st, 2007 may not have the necessary fire retarding barrier in the quilted cover.) For this reason, you should consider the purchase of a box spring or foundation which has been tested with the mattress you have chosen. Purchasing a foundation or adjustable base from IronmanMattress.com assures you that your new purchase provides you with the maximum flammability protection.

Third: if you have a bed that does not require the use of a box spring or a foundation-for example, a platform bed or a futon frame, you need not worry about the purchase of a mattress sold "alone". In the event that you choose to purchase a new mattress "alone" and intend to use it with an older box spring or foundation, you should be aware that you are knowingly forfeiting important flammability protection. In that event, neither the manufacturer nor the retailer of the mattress can be held liable for any damages that may result.
