IronmanMattress.com guarantees that your T3 Recovery Mattress™ will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the T3 Recovery Mattress™ materials – aspects which do not affect the recovery qualities of the mattress. This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If such defects occur during the remaining ten (10) years of this limited warranty we will, at our option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated, 10-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period. Our mattress has been designed to work with a firm, wood, completely flat, non-spring foundation. Our warranty and other performance guarantees are based on tests conducted on our mattresses with such foundations as "sets." THEREFORE, SUBSTITUTING INAPPROPRIATE MANUFACTURERS' FOUNDATIONS OR BOX SPRINGS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL VOID YOUR IRONMAN® T3 RECOVERY MATTRESS™ WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You may be required to provide proof as to the quality of the foundation being provided to your mattress in the event of a warranty claim. The Celliant®-cloth mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut, or torn. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser sells the product, the subsequent purchaser takes the product "as-is" and "with all faults." All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
1. If necessary the T3 Recovery Mattress™ may be folded slightly with the T3® emblems side in (top side) to make it easier to move.
2. Our mattress has been designed to work with a firm, wood, completely level, non-spring foundation. FAILURE TO USE SUCH A FOUNDATIONWITH THE MATTRESS WILL VOID YOUR T3 RECOVER MATTRESS™ WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ANDFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Unless you currently have a firm, wood, completely level, non-spring foundation, you should not use your existing foundation with the mattress.
3. Due to the characteristics of the materials in the T3 Recovery Mattress™, we do not recommend using an electric blanket or heating pad with the mattress. Prolonged contact with these items can impair the unique properties of the T3 Recovery Mattress™.
4. Like any new bed, it may take a while to get accustomed to the unique feeling of the T3 Recovery Mattress™. Some people might be uncomfortable on the first night. Others, however, may need a few nights to adjust to the unique feeling of T3 Recovery Mattress™.
5. The mattress may have a slight odor remaining from our manufacturing process. All materials have this characteristic. This is normal and completely harmless. Because of the density of the T3 Recovery Mattress™ materials, it may take a few days for the odor to fully dissipate.
